Children learned about plants and flowers, decorated their own sustainable totes bags and potted their own plants in biodegradable pots, which they could then take home. |

Brooklyn Botanical GardensEach year during the month of May, our toddlers and preschoolers are witness to the exciting growth of a butterfly! From larvae, to cocoon, to butterfly – each week builds in anticipation for the day when Eladia Kids will “release the butterflies!” This exciting moment takes place on a fun-filled field trip to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens – an annual highlight to the school year where all of our kids and parents take a day to welcome the spring blossoms as well as bid farewell to our winged friends! |

Halloween WalkGhosts, goblins, princesses and a bevy of superheroes invaded Eladia’s Kids in celebration of Halloween for our annual Halloween walk. An afternoon stroll around the neighborhood with visits to local business’ for a trick-or-treat gave the locals a wonderful opportunity to “oohhh & ahhh” over our little ones as well as give a chance for our little ones to show their alter ego’s! Halloween celebrations will take place once again this year on the Friday leading up to Halloween – so dress to impress! |

Slumber PartyOur very-own Eladia’s Kids version of dinner-and-a-movie but this time with pajamas! Our school is transformed into a giant slumber party with parents getting the night off while their little ones, (including some of Eladia’s Kids graduates!) enjoying pizza and a classic film. So far, we’ve screened some of the great holiday classics such as “It’s a Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown”, “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving”, and “A Charlie Brown Christmas” peppered with modern classics such as “Up”. Be sure to sign up for our next party as spaces fill up quicker than a summer blockbuster! |
