About Eladia's Kids

In 1980 Eladia Causil-Rodriguez saw an urgent need for quality childcare in the Park Slope community. A working mother of four and a long-time resident, she decided to create an informal playgroup which blossomed into Eladia's Kids. As Eladia's reputation grew and demand for her services increased she opened her first nursery/preschool in December 2000. After much success she has opened several more locations to serve the growing community. Now a family-run operation, Eladia's Kids continues to build upon its founder's commitment: to develop a fully, self-expressed child.
